FAIE 2025 Annual Conference Proposal
The 2025 FAIE Conference will have multiple blocks of concurrent breakout sessions. You are welcome to submit more than one proposal. FAIE encourages collaboration among schools. Proposal submissions will close on November 22nd. You will be notified of the acceptance status of your proposal no later than December 13, 2024. *Presenters of accepted proposals will receive a discounted registration cost of $200 (early bird registration is $245). You will be sent a special link to register - all presenters must register for the conference by the early bird deadline, January 10th, 2025.

Presenter Information

Add details for all presenters. The lead presenter will be the primary contact responsible for conference communications.

Noncommercial Policy: Under no circumstances should a conference session be used for direct promotion of a presenter's product, service, or other self-interest. 

Registration and Attendance Policy: All selected presenters are required to register. Please note that all confirmed presenters should be physically present at the conference location. The cost associated with attending is the responsibility of individual presenters.

Commitment to FAIE Values: Presentations should demonstrate understanding of the varied conference attendee experiences, backgrounds, and learning needs. Presentation subject matter should align with FAIE's core values of advocacy, community, equity, and learning.
